Conditions
If a loan is granted, the number of works to be loaned will be determined by Loto‑Québec and will depend on the location where the works are to be exhibited, which will be established jointly by Loto‑Québec and the borrower.
Loto‑Québec reserves the right to refuse to loan one or any number of works if it deems that the exhibition location does not meet the established security and visitor traffic standards.
No loan can exceed a five‑year period. A borrower wishing to extend a loan must submit a request in writing to the curator of the Collection at least 30 days prior to the end of the initial loan period. If Loto‑Québec agrees to extend the loan, a new loan agreement will be signed.
Loto‑Québec may, without exception, take back the loaned works for any duration it deems necessary, whether to exhibit the works elsewhere or make any other use of them.
All loaned works must, without exception, be properly identified Loto‑Québec.
All works remain the sole property of Loto‑Québec and may not be sold, transferred or lent by the borrower to any other person, organization or company.
Please note that it takes at least four weeks for loan requests to be processed. If a request is accepted, Loto‑Québec and the borrower will sign a binding loan agreement.
