The Loto-Québec toll-free Customer Service line has been revised in order to respond to your questions or complaints even more efficiently from Monday to Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. If you call outside of these opening hours you may leave a voice message and an attendant will return your call.
As of now there is a single toll-free number to call to reach Loto-Québec Customer Service. This new number is 1 866 611-LOTO. The number is listed on the "Contact us" page of the Loto-Québec Website.
Our Customer Service number has been printed on the back of all lottery tickets since the summer of 2007. In addition, our Customer Service toll-free number and e-mail address both appear on the terminal consumer display, visible to both consumers and retailers.

All of our customer service attendants have been trained in our new procedures, collection of information and processing of complaints.
The importance accorded by Loto-Québec to the integrity of operations and to public confidence has also led it to adopt new complaint logging and follow-up procedures, which have now been centralized at Customer Services.
