A multimedia awareness campaign informing lottery players of the importance of developing prudent reflexes has been in place since January 2008 (television, radio and print media). This is one of the areas for improvement in the KPMG report.
The campaign themes stress the importance of:
- Signing your tickets
- Watching the consumer display to see if your ticket is a winner, and noticing the amount won
- Listening carefully to the musical themes played at time of validation
- Insisting on the return of your ticket and corresponding validation coupon
