Loto-Québec welcomed the report submitted last October by KPMG following an examination of all of its prize payment processes and procedures. The Corporation is committed to implementing the 35 recommendations made in the report to ensure the integrity and security of its lottery network, as much for consumers as for retailers.
As shown in the following table, most of the recommendations have already been implemented or are in process. All will be in effect by April 2009.
