Another of the KPMG report recommendations that is being implemented is mandatory training of all retailers and employees at the time of installation of the new terminal (registration and training takes place on-line on the terminal itself). All retailers and their employees who sell lottery products will be required to register in advance and successfully complete the training course. This measure also applies to new retailer employees who will be operating the terminal.
In addition, annual knowledge updating will also be mandatory.
