Selection Slip

Step 1

Mark one day (jour) from 1 to 31, one month (mois) from January to December, one year (année) from 00 to 99 and one astrological sign (signe astrologique) from Aries to Pisces in the corresponding selection board ($1 per board). If you wish, you can even bet on a nonexistent date, for example, February 31.

Step 2

If you wish, you may add up to 11 Quick Picks.

Step 3

Mark the number of draws: up to 28 consecutive draws.

Step 4

Mark the quantity of Extra numbers you want to play ($1 per number, up to 10 numbers) or mark the NO box if you do not want to play Extra.
