Combinaison Slip

The combinaison (combination) slip is a quick and easy way to play several selections at once. The combinaison slip provides the opportunity to win several prizes simultaneously.

5, 7, 8 or 9 numbers can be played on the combinaison slip.

The 5-number Combination

• Each 5-number combination results in 44 6-number selections.
• One selection costs $3 x 44 = $132

For example:

5 numbers: The computer generates all possible 6-number selections using the 5 chosen numbers and 44 non-chosen numbers.

How to Fill Out the Combinaison Slip

Step 1

Mark the 5, 7, 8 or 9 numbers corresponding to your wager or mark the QUICK PICK box.

Step 2

Mark the type of wager, i.e. the quantity of numbers chosen in Step 1: 5, 7, 8 or 9 numbers.

Step 3

Mark the box corresponding to the game or games desired:

• Lotto 6/49 and Québec 49
• Lotto 6/49 only
• Québec 49 only

Step 4

Mark the number of draws, up to 4 consecutive draws.

Step 5

Mark the quantity of Extra numbers you want ($1 per number, up to 10 numbers), or mark No if you do not want to play Extra.
