Selection Slips

Step 1

Mark 3 digits between 0 and 9 on one of the boards (up to 8 boards per selection slip).

Step 2

Mark the amount wagered according to the type of wager (in the exact order and/or in any order): $0.50, $1, $2, $5 or $10 per selection.

Step 3

Mark the number of draws: up to 28 consecutive draws.

Step 4

Mark the quantity of Extra numbers you want ($1 per number, up to 10 numbers) or mark the No box if you do not want to play Extra.

Step 2

Mark the amount wagered according to the type of wager (in the exact order and/or in any order): $0.50, $1, $2, $5 or $10 per selection.

Step 3

Mark the number of draws: up to 28 consecutive draws.

Mark the quantity of Extra numbers you want ($1 per number, up to 10 numbers) or mark the NO box if you do not want to play Extra.
