As soon as possible after the receipt of a duly completed subscription along with the appropriate payment mode, Loto‑Québec will mail the subscription certificate to the last address provided. This certificate will indicate the numbers assigned, as well as the dates upon which the subscription to each lottery selected will come into effect and expire. The certificate also confirms that, for the given number of consecutive draws held by Loto‑Québec as of the date shown thereon, the subscriber will be deemed to have wagered:
Unless the subscriber selects his/her own numbers, they will be generated at random by computer (Quick Pick). The subscriber has a five-day period following receipt of the certificate to verify it to ensure that it is consistent with the application, and to notify Loto‑Québec of any errors.
Only the ticket numbers registered by the central computer system may take part in the game, notably, in the event of a discrepancy between the numbers selected and those indicated on the certificate.
In the case of group purchases, each group member will receive a certificate indicating his/her share in the subscription. Loto‑Québec reserves the right to refuse all or part of any subscription application.
Loto‑Québec reserves the right to cancel or modify, in whole or part and at any time, any lottery, and to modify any subscription or subscription condition. If a lottery is modified (except in the event that the modification concerns the prize structure), Loto‑Québec will inform subscribers of the change. The subscribers may then choose to continue their subscription under the revised system, or cancel it by providing written notice within the prescribed period.
In the case of group purchases, Loto‑Québec will inform the group representative, who will be the only one authorized to request cancellation or modification of the group's subscription, and whose actions Loto‑Québec will consider binding on all other members of the group. If cancellation is requested, the residual value of the subscription and of each member's accrued prizes will be refunded in accordance with the shares held.
Subscribers may not cancel, modify or alter the conditions of the subscription except under the circumstances outlined above. If a subscription is unpaid, it will be cancelled and the winnings originating from past draws belong to Loto‑Québec. Any unpaid share of the group is transferred to Loto‑Québec until the expiry of the subscription and the gains associated with that share belong to Loto‑Québec.
The odds of winning for each game are available, upon request, at the Lotomatique Customer Service Department, at any Loto‑Québec retailer that operates an online terminal or below.

Each lottery is governed by the applicable laws and regulations (available at Loto‑Québec's Montreal head office) and by the conditions outlined on its respective tickets and selection slips. The sale of lottery tickets to minors is strictly prohibited by law. As well, the date the lottery subscription comes into effect may not necessarily be that of the first draw following the date on which payment was received.
Subscribers must advise Loto‑Québec without delay of any change of their credit card number or the card's expiry date. In the case of a change of address, subscribers must complete and return the detachable portion of the subscription certificate reserved for that purpose. Neither the names of subscribers or group members nor their respective numbers may be amended during the subscription period.
