In case of a dispute with a player that you cannot settle despite the verification of the last games played shown on the screen, it is important to ask for assistance from the Services Centre right away. The equipment in question will be immediately deactivated in order to preserve the last events that occurred for analysis purposes.

Would you like information on how to use video lottery terminals (VLTs)? Do you want to know more about a game or an administrative functionality of a device? Are you looking to take the Taking risks is no game training course? The Retailer's Portal provides instant access to a host of information about your responsibilities as a VLT operator. Plus, by checking the portal regularly, you will be sure of getting the most up-to-date information.

Accessing the Retailer's Portal is easy. If you already have a username and password, enter them in the Existing User section. If you do not yet have access to the Portal, click on [Forgot Password?], enter your e-mail address in the appropriate space and you will receive your user name and a password within a few minutes.
